Themed Photographs 2010

White Wallaby

Posted by danudin on May 6, 2010

Maybe I just think that people are picking on me but how come this has never appeared as a theme in either the Photowalk or last year’s 365 Challenge. LOL

Also got to thinking this little guy could taje over from the Easter Bunny as he could cover heaps more territory.

What do you mean?? That’s not the Easter Bunny?? When I first looked at it I’m like what the heck? How cool, now I am truly, truly jealous (AGAIN)!

  2. How adorable…he is in captivity I presume? He can come and be our Easter Bunny any time..my hubby would love a break LOL

  3. Great image Ron, it must of heard your shutter go off.

No mate, it’s zoo buddy just plopped himself down behind a tree, shot tommorow, otherwise I wouldn’t have seen it. great to be able to walk through a zoo exhibit like this.

  4. Cute shot. I love how you have filled the frame.

    Hi Ron,
Very nice shot. He looks very happy standing there eating. All those beautiful colors around him really make his white coat bright. Have a great day!

  7. Now that everyone has proclaimed how cute he is, are you going to tell us wallabys are mean like koalas?

No Julie and that one being an albino has to have suncream aoolied every day to it’s ose ears and paws, so it is used to being patted, the kids just love petting them. In the wild you wouldnt get neaar it, far too fast through the shrub and over the rocks.

  8. Awww – what a precious little guy! I like your composition on this shot, and as for the theme – the WOW committee on themes has them covered 4 years in advance. I believe this is in the 2013 themes – April to be exact.
