It is Anzac Day 25 April

Posted by danudin on April 25, 2010

Today is the day that Australians and our New Zealand Brothers celebrate the Coming of Age of our two small nations on the World Stage. Being Ex Service it has special meaning for me, as it does for so many others. This is who we are!

For more information you might like to visit This Site, it is an Australian Government site and their resources far out weigh mine to tell the Anzac Story.

For my part I would like to repost my photo of the Anzac Memorial at Redcliffe and to reaffirm the ode;

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
Lest We Forget!
